主动再生颗粒物捕集系统(DPF) 柴油机的一个主要有害排放是颗粒物,大部分是由碳或碳化物的微小颗粒(尺寸小于4-20 μ m)所组成的。颗粒物捕集器(DPF)是一种安装在排气系统上的过滤装置,它的主要功能是在颗粒物排入大气之前将其捕捉。

·采用由堇青石或碳化硅等高孔隙率的材料作为捕集过滤介质,呈蜂窝状结构,背压低,在相邻平行通道的两端交替封闭或开启,强制气流必须穿过通道壁面的毛细孔隙。排气中的颗粒物不能通过而收集在过滤介质前(中),从而实现95%以上的颗粒物捕集效率;
·通过自主设计的燃烧器实现系统主动再生,采用车载燃料,无需其他附加装置;

Particulate Matter (PM) is one of the major pollutants of diesel emission. Majority of PM is small particles of carbon or carbide (smaller than 4-20 μ m). DPF is filtering equipment installed on the exhaust system, which captures PM before entering the atmosphere.
Highlights:
·The filter element of DPF is honeycomb structure, which is made from high porosity cordierite or silicon carbide material. By alternatively closing or opening the end of adjacent parallel channels, it forces exhaust passing through the channel walls. Therefore, PM cannot pass through and over 95% of PM is captured by the filter;
·Using burner to achieve active regeneration, system can be customized for customers’ application;
·Reliable, will not block the exhaust;
·Can perform as an independent system, not only suitable for OEM application but also retrofit.
